Our fully sewn woven MoD approved flag fabric Guernsey Ensign of Gibraltar are made using British Ministry of Defence approved high quality materialUK/SC/4767. Manufactured in UK by one of the oldest local factories, 155 g/sqm MoD woven polyester is the most durable flag fabric on the market. Apart from its outstanding durability, woven polyester has a pleasant natural feel and non-shiny cotton/wool like look. 

All stitched Guernsey Red Ensign flags are fitted with heavy duty reinforced cotton headings and by default are supplied either with traditional British rope & toggle, rope loops or metal eyelets.

They proper use of ensign is granted by the States of Guernsey to the following subjects; "the gold cross of William [the Conqueror] also appears on a special Ensign for use by Guernsey residents who are British subjects. They may fly the Ensign on vessels which are registered or certificated in their own names, regardless of where they sail. Companies which are registered and have their principal place of business in the Island may fly the Guernsey Ensign on their vessels, when operating in waters adjacent to the Channel Islands.
